OUR METHOD
At our office, we practice the Gonstead Methodology. The Gonstead technique is very specific in which we emphasize the correction of the one vertebra, which creates symptoms such as pain and/or structural deficiency (posture). A subluxation (a bone out of place) predisposes you to injury or symptoms. The Gonstead Method adjusts only the subluxated segments and being this specific differentiates the Gonstead technique from other chiropractic techniques. Dr. Gonstead´s commonly used line is "find it, fix it, and leave it alone". Therefore, you will find at this office we spend extraordinary time determining the exact location of your problem, finding it and fixing it in as few treatments as necessary to stabilize your condition after which I encourage you to maintain your health and spinal care. More information about the Gonstead Method is available on our Method page.
