What Happens On Your First Visit

Chiro hands at workWe want to make you feel right at home on your first visit to our office.

On the day of your appointment, you will be required to complete paperwork. We have provided forms on this page so that you can fill them out in advance, if you wish. At that time, you can discuss your insurance questions with Rhonda. We will be happy to discuss payment options if you do not have insurance. Dr. Crowley will discuss your spinal symptoms as well as your overall health issues.

He will perform a brief exam evaluating your range of motion and tenderness. Dr. Crowley will take an x-ray of your spinal area. After all, would you take your car to a mechanic without allowing them to look under the hood? He will then proceed with a treatment on your first visit. The doctor will discuss further treatment at this office as well as give you home recommendations for your recovery. He may recommend physiotherapy to conclude your visit. Physiotherapy relieves muscle tightness and encourages soft tissue healing.

We invite you to discuss your questions and concerns with us regarding your care and condition at our office. The best health services are based on a friendly, mutual understanding between provider and patient.

Insurance

Q: WILL MY INSURANCE COVER CHIROPRACTIC CARE?
A: Most insurance companies do cover chiropractic care. Of course, you will have to meet your deductible before your insurance will begin paying for your care. Keep in mind not all insurance companies cover chiropractic services the same and you may be responsible for certain charges. Ultimately, your best source for verifying insurance coverage is simply by calling them directly or checking your insurance handbook. Your insurance company´s phone number is listed on back of your insurance card.

Q: I DON´T HAVE INSURANCE!
A: We offer our patients a Time of Service fee schedule to make the cost of your care affordable for you and your family. Payment at time of service reduces cost for all parties. Payments can in the form of check, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
